Hillbilly Fry Shack

Welcome to the Hillbilly Fry Shack! Conveniently located in the heart of Chatsworth, right in the parking lot of the old arena, the Hillbilly Fry Shack offers easy access and plenty of parking — perfect for transport trucks, travellers with campers, or ATV riders hitting the trails. We’re serving up mouthwatering burgers, fresh-cut fries, and a variety of customer favourites daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, late April through early October. In July 2022, we expanded with our Ice Cream Shack, offering 10 rotating flavours of soft serve every day from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. We also serve up milkshakes, iced coffee, slushies, and dipped cones — perfect treats for hot summer days. A huge thank you to our incredible staff and our loyal customers from near and far. We’re proud to be part of your summer traditions and look forward to serving you for many more seasons to come. And while we don’t make a big fuss about it, we’re proud to quietly support local causes and community initiatives — because giving back is just part of who we are.
